Should inclement weather prevent a flight at the booked location, the same prepaid voucher will be accepted at any of The Helicopter Line aviation bases for a flight of similar duration and price. This avoids the situation of refunds.

Customers wanting to make changes to dates or time of departure are required to contact the relevant operating base by 9.00am on the day of departure.

No refund will be given for no shows or changes made less than 24 hours prior to departure.

Sunglasses and sunscreen

Your phone/camera, and a sense of adventure

Your flight is subject to favourable weather conditions; if cancelled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or a full refund. The Operator recommends booking your flights early in your trip with flexibility for weather changes, so there's less chance you'll miss out!

See Queenstown from a new angle with this 20 minute scenic helicopter flight.

Taking off from close to the airport, your pilot will take you on a sky-high journey over the Wakatipu Basin to experience a stunning alpine landing.

With your feet firmly on the ground but high above the world below, you'll take in the spectacular views of Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu, and Glenorchy. In winter, you might even be standing the snow!

It's a once-in-a-lifetime experience that lets you really admire the majesty of this lake district set among the soaring peaks of the Southern Alps.
