No photography or filming is permitted at the Penguin Parade. Penguins have sensitive eyes and a bright, sudden flash or unusual light can frighten or disorientate a penguin.

In the event of rain or inclement weather, your experience will still go ahead, unless contacted by the provider.

Child fare prices apply to infants and children aged from 0 to 12 years old. Children aged 0 to 17 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian at all times.

This tour is not suitable for mobility-impaired travellers, including those using wheelchairs, walkers, prams, or strollers.

Our wildlife adventure kicks off at the Phillip Island Koala Conservation Reserve, a paradise for animal lovers. Stroll along scenic boardwalks that meander through lush woodlands, and keep your eyes peeled for koalas lounging high up in the trees. This up-close encounter with Australia&rsquo;s cutest marsupials is a memory in the making!

Phillip Island itself is a natural wonderland, with its rugged cliffs, pristine beaches, and diverse ecosystems. We&rsquo;ll make our way to the Nobbies, a spectacular spot at the island&rsquo;s western tip. Take in the sweeping sea views and learn about the unique wildlife here, including an Australian fur seal colony basking on the rocks. Along the way, keep an eye out for wild wallabies hopping by or native birds soaring above.

Although every effort is made, the supplier shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond the supplier control. The supplier highly recommends all passenger have travel insurance coverage. The supplier retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus types and configurations, fares adjustments, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. &nbsp;Child Policy: the supplier does not carry children under 4&nbsp;years of age.

LUGGAGE POLICY:

Luggage for Day Tours: There are no luggage storage facilities on day tours, please do not bring your luggage with you. Luggage may be stored with your accommodation provider for the day. Any inappropriate luggage presented on the departure day (including strollers, walking assistance frames, wheelchairs) may result in refusal to board. Luggage for Multi Day Tour: Maximum of 20kg per person in a soft travelling pack. Excessive amount of luggage may incur a surcharge fee, for concerns please call our friendly reservations team.

PICK UP AND DROP OFF SERVICES:

The supplier may offer complimentary inner city pickup and drop off services to various accommodation providers. Please note it is the customer&rsquo;s responsibility to be waiting out the front of your selected pickup location (accommodation provider) at least 10 minutes before departure. Failure to wait out the front of your selected location may result in the tour guide being unable to locate you, causing failure to load. The supplier cannot be held responsible for passengers who fail to load.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The supplier will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions. Cancel within 7 days of departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price. &nbsp;Cancellation within 48 hours before departure, failure to board on the day or&nbsp;no shows will result in full fare forfeiture. Transfer Policy: $25 per person transfer fee can apply to date change transfer services between&nbsp;48 hours and&nbsp;7 days prior to departure. Transfer within 48 hours will result in full fare forfeiture.

By booking a tour with the supplier, you are agreeing that the supplier may contact you in relation to feedback about a tour which you have undertaken with the supplier or one of our affiliates. The supplier may contact you via email in relation to specials or promotional offers. All photographs and video content recorded during all tours can be used for marketing purposes, please advise your tour guide if you do not agree to release this permission.
