Throughout your three days, take in incredible coastal and countryside vistas,&nbsp;visit four of the region&#39;s renowned wineries to sample premium signature wines, head underground to explore caves and the marine environment, and taste some incredible food produced&nbsp;by local artisans. Stay in the heart of Margaret River&#39;s township at the Margaret&#39;s in Town Apartments and enjoy every moment on your journey of discovery.&nbsp;

<h4>Day One</h4>

Start your day from Perth as you join your friendly and knowledgeable local guide to follow south along the beautiful west coast. Break up the trip with a stop in Bunbury, and visit the&nbsp;Dolphin Discovery&nbsp;Centre&nbsp;for a boat cruise on the bay followed by a&nbsp;light lunch at your own expense. Visit the&nbsp;iconic Busselton Jetty, the longest&nbsp;wooden jetty in the&nbsp;southern&nbsp;hemisphere. Catch the jetty train out to&nbsp;the end and enjoy the views before you descend into&nbsp;the Underwater&nbsp;Observatory to view the incredible marine life.

Arrive in Margaret River to check in and tuck into a hearty evening meal within walking distance at La Scarpetta Trattoria.

<h4>Day Two</h4>

The perfect start to your second day is at the much-loved Yahava Koffeeworks, sure to give you plenty of energy for the exciting wine tasting day ahead.&nbsp;Taste a range of different coffees while an expert explains how each cup is brewed.

&nbsp;

Head&nbsp;to the vineyard of&nbsp;McHenry&nbsp;Hohnen&nbsp;to try a range of sustainably produced, single&nbsp;vineyard&nbsp;wines, paired with a&nbsp;selection of&nbsp;free-range smoked and cured meats and artisan cheeses.&nbsp;The next winery&nbsp;stop&nbsp;is Cape&nbsp;Mentelle, an impressive property surrounded by&nbsp;beautiful,&nbsp;manicured gardens where you will enjoy a seated wine&nbsp;tasting of some of&nbsp;the world&rsquo;s finest wines&nbsp;and an exclusive visit to the barrel&nbsp;room.

&nbsp;

Vasse Felix,&nbsp;Margaret River&rsquo;s founding wine estate, is your amazing lunch stop. Indulge in a&nbsp;delicious three course lunch and two generous&nbsp;glasses of&nbsp;wine paired with the&nbsp;meal at one of Western Australia&rsquo;s Top 50&nbsp;Restaurants. Before you leave, explore the impressive vault and art gallery. Your last winery&nbsp;of&nbsp;the day will&nbsp;be the family-run Montague Estate&nbsp;for a decadent seated wine&nbsp;tasting&nbsp;accompanied with a cheese and fruit board.

Enjoy a palate-cleansing&nbsp;ale in the lovely surrounds of the Margaret River&nbsp;Brewhouse to round out the day (own expense).&nbsp;

<h4>Day Three&nbsp;</h4>

Today starts with a trip down to Augusta to explore Cape&nbsp;Leeuwin&nbsp;Lighthouse.&nbsp;This historic building is the tallest lighthouse on&nbsp;mainland&nbsp;Australia&nbsp;and is situated on the most south-westerly tip of&nbsp;the&nbsp;country. From this&nbsp;viewpoint, you can actually see where&nbsp;the&nbsp;Southern and Indian Oceans meet.&nbsp;Next, discover&nbsp;the&nbsp;amazing Mammoth&nbsp;Cave. This&nbsp;large limestone cave lies&nbsp;within the&nbsp;Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park and is surrounded by&nbsp;karri&nbsp;and marri&nbsp;forests where extinct animal fossils have been found.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Enjoy the ideal photo opportunity from the viewing&nbsp;area above Prevelly Beach, where you can see the wild&nbsp;ocean&nbsp;meeting the rocky&nbsp;shore and have lunch at the&nbsp;White Elephant Cafe (own expense).&nbsp;A trip to&nbsp;Margaret&nbsp;River&nbsp;wouldn&rsquo;t be complete without checking out the natural olive oil skincare range at Vasse Virgin (Margaret River Store) and tasting the delectable artisan chocolates at the&nbsp;Margaret River Chocolate&nbsp;Factory.

On the return back to Perth, stop at the&nbsp;Rose&nbsp;Hotel Bunbury for a cleansing ale and dinner (own expense) and reflect on your memorable west coast experience.

<h3>Three Day Charter Margaret River Region (ex Perth) Terms</h3>

Cancellation Policy: 
The Operator reserves the right to cancel the tour at our discretion due to factors beyond our control. We will contact you the night before if possible, so please let us know your contact details particularly if you are in an area without mobile reception. On the rare occasion that this may occur we will offer you the next available tour date or a credit note to the value of any monies paid. Alternatively, you can receive a full refund. 
On rebooking selected tour using the credit note any additional costs will be payable by the Customer in full at the time of booking or in consolation with the administrator. 
The Operator has a cancellation policy of 15% of the total booking cost if the cancellation is more than seventy-two hours prior to the tour, if within 48 hours the tour cost is non-refundable. 
Government Requirements COVID 19: 
In accordance with The Operator&#39;s duty to provide and maintain a workplace that is free of known hazards, we are adopting a policy to safeguard the health of our customers and visitors, our employees and the community at large from infectious diseases, such as COVID-19 or influenza, which can be managed by vaccinations. 
All eligible customers, employees and visitors are required to comply with all Western Australian Government and Federal COVID-19 current vaccination and testing requirements for entry into Western Australia to gain access into tour nominated premises, event or service. 
Where the customer or employee does not meet vaccination and testing requirement (if applicable), they will be unable to participate in a tour/charter, event or service. 
Where the Customer is unable to utilise or participate in the product, or any part thereof, due to COVID-19 (or any other pandemic) border closures and or travel restrictions imposed by the applicable Government or other authorising body, The Operator will offer to the Customer: 
(a) a transfer of the product, or part thereof, to an alternative date within 12 months (or such longer period as is reasonable and determined by the Company in the circumstances), which transfer option is subject to availability or 
(b) a credit, to the value of any monies paid, which credit will be transferable to another person and valid for travel within 12 months from the issue date (or such other longer period as determined by the Company in its absolute discretion), provided that: 
(i) any additional costs payable on the new product will be payable by the Customer in full at the time of booking. 
(ii) additional costs may apply for the product in future seasons; and 
(iii) the credit, or any balance on a partially used credit, is not redeemable for cash. 
Force Majeure Event: 
The Operator reserves the right to cancel the tour at its discretion, Force Majeure Event due to factors beyond our control does apply. 
1.1 &quot;Force Majeure Event&quot; means any act of God, war, terrorism, fire, flood, cyclone or any other extreme weather conditions, loss of power, epidemics or pandemics (including COVID-19), public health emergencies, industrial disputes, slow-downs or other strike, riots or civil unrest, acts of government, semi government or other authorities, state and or federal government restrictions, including (but not limited to) restrictions on travel and gatherings, inability to obtain any necessary licence or consent and delays caused by sub-contractors, suppliers or other third parties (including telecommunications carriers), material shortages or other disruption to the Company&rsquo;s services beyond its control. 
1.2 If any Force Majeure Event results in the Company being prevented from, or delayed in, performing any of its obligations to the customer. 
(a) then such a delay or prevention of performance shall not be deemed to be a breach of contract, or any other obligation placed upon the Company under these terms and conditions. 
(b) no loss or damage shall be claimed by the customer from the Company by reason thereof; and 
(c) the Company shall use its best endeavours to minimise and reduce any period of suspension occasioned by any Force Majeure Event. 
1.3 In the event of a Force Majeure Event, the Company, in its absolute discretion may: 
(a) cancel or modify any routes within the product itinerary or objectives set out in the itinerary. 
(b) substitute different or equivalent routes within the itinerary in place of cancelled or modified routes. 
(c) postpone, cancel or delay (either in relation to the departure or arrival times or the duration of the 
itinerary any aspect of the product if in the absolute discretion of the Company it is necessary to do so. 
(d) offer a transfer of the product, or part thereof, to an alternative date within 12 months (or such longer period as is reasonable and determined by the Company in the circumstances), which transfer option is subject to availability. 
(e) offer a credit, to the value of any monies paid, which credit will be transferable to another person and valid for travel within 12 months from the issue date (or such other longer period as determined by the Company in its absolute discretion), provided that: 
(i) any additional costs payable on the new product will be payable by the Customer in full at the time of booking. 
(ii) additional costs may apply for the product in future seasons; and 
(iii) the credit, or any balance on a partially used credit, is not redeemable for cash. 
Amendments to Product: 
1.1 Prices and products, including (but not limited to) accommodation and products as shown on the Company&rsquo;s website are subject to change. The Company reserves the right to change this information without notice. 
1.2 The Company reserves the right to: 
(a) cancel or modify any routes within the product itinerary or objectives set out in the itinerary. 
(b) substitute different or equivalent routes within the itinerary in place of cancelled or modified routes. 
(c) postpone, cancel or delay (either in relation to the departure or arrival times or the duration of the itinerary) any such aspect of the product if in the absolute discretion of the Company it is necessary to do so. 
1.3 In the event of any change, modification, cancellation, postponement or delay the Customer acknowledges that the Customer will have no right of refund and no right to claim compensation for any loss and or cost incurred by reason of the change, modification, cancellation, postponement or delay. 
Amendments by the Customer: 
1.1 All booking amendment requests must be received in writing from the Customer via email no less than 14 days prior to the departure date or in consolation with the administrator. 
1.2 The Company may consent to the amendment of a portion of or all of the booking in its absolute discretion. 
1.3 The Customer is responsible to ensure any components booked separately are appropriately amended by the customer. 
1.4 The Customer is responsible for any costs incurred in connection with the amendment request, including (but not limited to) new season or other rate increases, third party provider fees, and any rebooking fees payable to the Company.
