What should I bring?

Hat, sunglasses, comfortable quick-drying clothes suitable for the weather, shoes that can get wet (or we can supply you with wet suit booties), bottle of water and change of clothes for the trip home.

While kayaking experience is not necessary this tour can be physically demanding and you do need to be able to paddle for up to five hours (we do stop for snacks, drinks, photos, lunch and just to enjoy the view though!). If you are unsure if this paddle is suitable for you, please contact us or check out our Hobart's Cliffs, Caves and Beaches full-day paddle.  Not recommended for children under 16.

Approximately 10 hours. You will spend 4-5 kayaking. We do stop for snacks, drinks, photos, lunch and just to enjoy the view.

Departing 8:15am from Cambridge, meeting at Cambridge Park near the Anaconda Building.

Departing 9.45am from Fortescue Bay, meeting near the Fortescue Bay Boat Ramp.

We encourage you to meet us at Fortescue Bay to decrease the risk of COVID transmission. If travelling with us from Hobart to Fortescue Bay, please note masks are compulsory in the bus.
