We welcome adventurers aged 8 years and older. Anyone under the age of 16 years, needs to be accompanied by an adult. There’s no maximum age limit, but we recommend being reasonably fit and okay on your feet for this adventure. We’re like a big family, and everyone’s valued!

We don’t allow kids under 8 years due to insurance reasons and for the best experience. It’s a long day for kids, and while some kids love it, it might not suit every kid. Please evaluate if the tour is suitable for your family, and the consideration of the other guests on tour.

While we aim to provide a seamless tour experience, we can’t control Acts of God. We can’t be held responsible for unforeseen changes to the itinerary due to factors like weather, road conditions, or natural events. However, we’ll do our best to make the day enjoyable, rain or shine.

We have a few guidelines:

• Pregnancy: We don’t recommend the tour if you’re 37 weeks or later pregnant.
• Fitness/Swimming Levels: We cater to everyone’s pace, size, and ability.
• Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any diet requirements, allergies, surgeries, impairments, or disabilities that may affect your enjoyment during the tour.
